Dr. Riham Moawad brings over 30 years of HR, organizational behavior, and leadership experience across various business sectors such as industrial, banking, hospitality, pharmaceutical, telecom, and oil & gas.

A published researcher, Dr. Riham serves as an examiner and adjunct faculty at the Maastricht School of Management, and as SME & Instructor at the American University in Cairo, and is an accredited GCologist through The GC Index® — qualified to assess how individuals make their strongest contribution within roles, teams, and organizations. She founded ABLE to translate rigorous academic methodology into practical and well-grounded individual as well as organizational development plans.

ABLE's diagnostic frameworks are grounded in doctoral research and decades of work assessing and reforming HR systems across various business sectors.

ABLE represents the culmination of Dr. Riham's belief that evidence-based improvement is not a luxury — it is the only sustainable path to organizational excellence.
